Celebrate a special memory or moment with Be A Bag – our legendary personalisation service that allows you to make one of our bags or accessories truly yours with the addition of a photograph.

Beautifully crafted from tan leather and finished with smart contrast stitching, our N/S Tote is already special – but it’s made even more so with the addition of a personalised, recycled-canvas panel, printed with a special photograph of your choosing. As an extra surprise, we make the same photo into a zipped pocket, which can be secured inside and detached when needed. This bespoke shoulder bag will accommodate an iPad, wallet, book and most other daily essentials. 

From 13 July 2024 to 12 July 2025, £10 from the sale of each tote and cross body bag (plus VAT), sold as part of the Be A Bag collection, online and at The Bespoke Store in The Village will be donated to Royal Marsden Cancer Campaign Trading Company Limited in support of The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity (registered charity number 1095197).

Please note that due to the textured quality of the recycled canvas, photographs take on a beautiful soft-focus appearance, which can decrease image sharpness. We recommend choosing a high-resolution image with bright colours as these render best. For wash bags, if choosing images of faces, we recommend close-ups. We require 1cm of seam allowance when making our Be A Bags, so the final image may vary slightly to the crops made online. We reserve the right to refuse to print an image if we feel it is unsuitable or an infringement of copyright.

Every leather is individual and over time you may notice creases or irregularities occur, this is part of the natural ageing process. To keep your product looking its best, store in a box or dust bag when you're not using it and avoid water and prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight. Personalisation can take up to 5 weeks and images should be as high-resolution as possible. The minimum image size for a wash bag is 500kb. A second image can be added for additional £40.

Delivery within Europe (excluding UK) costs €25* and will take 3-5 business days.

*Excluding delivery of the Short-Haul Suitcase, which is €55.

All of our products are delivered in our signature Anya Hindmarch eco-packaging and a signature will be required upon receipt of all deliveries.

Returns
If you decide to return, please send it to us within 14 days.

Extended Christmas returns policy 2024: Our extended Christmas returns period applies to orders placed between November 1st and 23rd December. Any purchases made online between these dates can be returned up until 17th January 2025. Please note this excludes all bespoke products.
